There are many ways that Mark and Justin can help you with your DWI situation depending upon what stage you are in.

For instance, if you are on the side of the road and you have an opportunity to call us before the police officer asks you to perform field sobriety tests (FST’s) we can advise you on what you should or should not do. Although the chances are slim that Mark or Justin would ever advise you to take field sobriety tests, they realize that every circumstance is different and they are available and happy to answer your questions at important moments like this.

If you have already been arrested and are at a police station, Mark and Justin will be happy to speak with you about whether it is a good or bad idea for ou to take a breath test depending upon your specific circumstance.

If you have just returned home after having been released from the police station following a DWI arrest, Mark and Justin are available to meet with you during the week or weekend to discuss your case. When you walk into their office you will be greeted with a handshake, a cup of coffee, and an eagerness to help you resolve your situation in a light that is most favorable to you. And of course, ALL FIRST CONSULTATIONS ARE FREE.

After an office visit Mark and Justin will not sit o their hands and hope for the best. Rather, they will go to the scene of your arrest. They will walk the same place where you may have made the mistake of taking filed sobriety tests. If necessary, Mark and Justin will send their investigator to measure and photograph the scene so that they can determine if the surface provided you with a fair playing field.

If you have made the unfortunate mistake of taking a breath test, Mark and Justin will direct you to send your sample tubes to an independent analyst for testing to see if the police department’s breath test machine was working properly and to see if your breath test ticket gave the wrong result.

Mark and Justin will prepare your case for trial just in case your case cannot be resolved by agreement with the prosecutor. And, they will keep you in the loop every step of the way. That means they will return your phone calls, they will write you letters, and they will readily receive you when you stop by their office with a question or to discuss whatever is on your mind.

Most importantly, Mark and Justin will treat you with the same respect, dignity, patience, and understanding that they would hope for if they were in your shoes.
